In the CanRisk Tool, genetic test (mutation search) sensitivities are listed in the 'Family History' section under the 'Advanced Options' menu. You can change the genetic test sensitivity for each gene and each risk model (i.e. the breast cancer (BOADICEA) model or the ovarian cancer model) by selecting the 'Use custom mutation sensitivities' checkbox at the bottom of the menu, and specifying your 'custom' genetic test sensitivity in the corresponding text field.
