Example with risk factors and multiple pedigrees

Below is an example with three families: XXX0, XXX1 and XXX2. For each family, the Header containing the target's risk factors precedes the Pedigree Data section. In the case of families XXX0 and XXX2, risk factors have been specified for the target. However, in the case of XXX1, no risk factors have been specified for the target, and so there is no Header for this family.
