What pedigree data management/ drawing programs can export pedigrees to the BOADICEA format?

As well as being able to import CanRisk Pedigree Data Format files, the CanRisk Tool can also import BOADICEA files previously saved/downloaded from BWA v3 and BWA v4 Beta. 

BOADICEA files downloaded from BWA v3 will actually have "BOADICEA import pedigree file format 2.0" in the first line of the file, whereas BOADICEA files downloaded from BWA v4 Beta will have "BOADICEA import pedigree file format 4.0" in the first line.
