What are the results of the genetic tests?
For most of the major genes considered, the genetic testing result is marked as pathogenic variant 'present' or 'absent'. However, for the HOXB13 gene used in CanRisk-prostate (see https://canrisk.atlassian.net/wiki/x/yAAx), it must be specified whether the tested individuals is a non-carrier ('Mut-absent'), 'homozygous' or 'heterozygous' for the HOXB13 G84E pathogenic variant. Additionally, for HOXB13, a test type is not provided as it is assumed to be a direct test as that would be the case in practice.
