What BI-RADS breast density categories should be input in CanRisk?

The model was developed considering the BI-RADS categories defined in the BI-RADS atlas, 4th edition (http://doi.org/10.1038/s41436-018-0406-9).

In practice, there is small difference between the categories of the 4th and 5th editions.
Therefore, BI-RADS categories assigned according to the 4th and/or the 5th atlas edition can be input in CanRisk.
