When I compute risks, can I upload a subset of SNPs in my VCF file for processing?

No. In the current version of the CanRisk Tool, all SNPs have to be provided (based on one of the three PRS versions) to ensure that parameterisation remains valid in the model. However, we are working on updates to the software which will allow for alternative PRSs in the future.
