As lifestyle/hormonal risk factors are associated with the target (index or subject of the risk calculation), it is not possible to change the target on-the-fly.

To do this, you need to use the 'Reset' button to clear your existing pedigree, and then rebuild it with a different target. When you press the 'Reset' button, this will clear your existing risk factors and pedigree. As a result, before doing so, we advise that you save your existing pedigree with the current target (using the 'Save Input' button) to a CanRisk Format Pedigree File, so that you do not lose your data.  

The issue of changing the target and maintaining the pedigree information will be addressed in future versions of the CanRisk Tool.
