The CanRisk Tool calculates the risks of breast and ovarian cancer in women based on their family history. It also calculates the probability that they are carriers of any cancer-associated mutations in the BRCA1, BRCA2, PALB2, CHEK2, ATM, RAD51D, RAD51C or BRIP1 gene.
