The CanRisk Tool calculates the risks of breast and ovarian cancer in women based on their risk factors (e.g. lifestyle, hormonal), genetic test results and family history. It also calculates the probability that they are carriers of any cancer-associated mutations in the BRCA1, BRCA2, PALB2, CHEK2, ATM, RAD51D, RAD51C or BRIP1 gene.
